Good or Bad?
The place was immaculate! I loved the charm and warmth of the staff. Located super close to the best attractions, it feels like a quiet retreat with trendy rooms.
While the room was cozy, noise from other guests made it hard to sleep. The breakfast service was a bit slow during peak hours, which could use some improvement.

A Charming Getaway with Exceptional Service
We stayed for one night and experienced outstanding hospitality. The owner even remembered our names! Breakfast exceeded our expectations with its variety and flavor. The outdoor seating area was a perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the morning sun. Note the lack of dinner options. explore local dining!

charming historical appeal, unique holiday experience, meticulously maintained property
Outdated rooms could use a refreshing renovation!!! Limited kitchen facilities are disappointing for longer stays!!! Noise from ceiling fans can distract from relaxation!!! Insufficient water supply is frustrating!!!

West Lane Inn offers a lovely experience with spacious rooms that are beautifully maintained. The king room I stayed in had immaculate Victorian decor. I appreciated the high-quality bedding and the absence of noise from adjacent rooms. The breakfast was delightful and served on the charming front porch, featuring delicious offerings like French toast and pastries. Plus, the availability of warm cookies in the lobby was a sweet touch. However, I found the lack of in-room coffee quite inconvenient. Having to get dressed early in the morning just to get a coffee felt a bit off. Additionally, I would have liked more electrical outlets near the bed for charging devices easily.

Had a great time with my friends! The complimentary breakfast was delightful, and the warm cookies in the lobby were a nice touch. We enjoyed cycling at nearby Richter Park Golf Course and exploring the downtown shops. The hosts were very friendly and gave us great tips on local attractions, which made our stay even better.
The only downside was that air conditioning didn't cool the room well during our stay, which made it a bit uncomfortable on a warm night.

Charming atmosphere with immaculate decor highlighted by Victorian details. The king room was exceptionally comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat while ensuring no outside noise disturbed our stay. Breakfast was a delightful home-cooked experience, though I missed out on the warm cookies available in the lobby. While the common areas maintained a period-appropriate style, the noise from the hallway sometimes disrupted the tranquility of the room.
